8-Week Beginner Gym Guide

$65.00

This guide is meant for beginners working out in a traditional gym setting or those who have an extensive home gym with specific machines and a wide variety of dumbbells.

This guide is a 4-day split, so an upper body day, a lower body day, and two full body days with 3 built in rest/active rest days.

In the spirit of honoring gym anxiety that so many people experience, this guide will start out by just using dumbbells so you can get a feel for the gym, understand the set up, get comfortable just working out in a gym setting, and start building a routine before jumping on some machines.
