Food is fuel.

I know sometimes it can be hard to figure out what to cook. Whether it’s because you feel so exhausted that it’s hard to come up with something, or because you just genuinely don’t know what to eat or what you’re in the mood for.

I’ve compiled a few of my favorite recipes for you to try out on your own. Mix them up, add in different seasonings, veggies, bases, proteins, and make them your own.

Remember, all of the muscles and organs in our bodies (most importantly, our brains) need food to function properly.
