This guide is meant for those who have already been working out for a few months, feel a little more advanced than a true beginner, and those who want 4 strength training days for working out at home.

There are 4 days of strength training built in (1 upper body workout, 1 lower body workout, and 2 full body workouts, plus 1 “active” rest day (go for a walk, ride a bike, yoga, something that’s movement but not strenuous) and 2 full rest days.

An at home (or shy girl gym) workout for you👏🏼! 
 
Complete each exercise once, then move to the next exercise, then the next, etc. repeat for 3-4 rounds! Rest 1 minute in between exercises, rest 1-2 minutes between rounds! 🔥
