This guide is meant for those who have already been working out for a few months, feel a little more advanced than a true beginner, and those who want 4 strength training days for working out at home.

There are 4 days of strength training built in (1 upper body workout, 1 lower body workout, and 2 full body workouts, plus 1 “active” rest day (go for a walk, ride a bike, yoga, something that’s movement but not strenuous) and 2 full rest days.

A glimpse of the past few weeks 🤍 

Grateful for a little more stability this week, our baby boy being out of the hospital, a little less anxiety, and some incredible friends & clients.
