Join me for a traditional strength training class where you will learn some classic strength training exercises in a fun, energetic environment with other incredible women! This class is perfect for people of all fitness levels!
This is a BYOW class-AKA, bring your own weights/bands! I encourage you to bring at least 2 different size dumbbells and resistance bands, if you have them. You decide what weights to use. I will also supply some extras if you don’t have any! Please also bring your yoga mat! Sneakers are totally optional-working out barefoot is great for an extra mind-body connection.
We will have complimentary tea from Little Herbal Apothecary and a water refill station.
Bring your Sunday morning energy, sneakers, a yoga mat, two pairs of weights, a water bottle, and get ready to sweat with me!
