Hi, I’m Jen Lauren

I’ve been a Clinical Social Worker (therapist) for 10 years and through my own fitness journey I saw just how much mental and physical health are linked. I knew I needed to utilize my years of experience in mental health to help people on their fitness journey.

I offer 9 years of professional experience as a Clinical Social Worker and a confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, or simply seeking to improve your mental clarity and resilience, I am here to help you thrive.
